Under her previous banner Znak&Co, she Executive Produced the physical gameshow Revolution for SKY TV and Fox,   I Am a Killer for Netflix which trended as one of the platform’s Top Ten just days after it released. She is also responsible for a number of Game of Thrones-related fan series — Thronecast, Gameshow of Thrones and Thronecast War Room and West:Word The Ultimate Westworld Fan Show for Sky Atlantic, along with the accompanying podcast.

Znak started her career in the UK politics before becoming Controller of Factual Entertainment for ITV Studios in London.

While at ITV, she earned several awards for her work, including two BAFTA’s, Royal Television Society Awards, National Television Awards, and numerous Broadcast Awards.

She went on to become Chief Creative Officer and CEO of Zodiak US, running the company’s LA and New York offices. Znak has worked with all the major networks — ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX, as well as cable networks including History, Lifetime, A&E, OWN, TLC, and Spike producing shows including Hardcore Pawn, the critically acclaimed, Killer Karaoke, and the award-winning Wife Swap and Secret Millionaire.

She is praised for her bold and innovative approach to global formats and program making.

We are proud partner with the Mama Youth Project in our shared aim to equip young people from 18-25 years of age with the skills and experience to secure long-term, fulfilling employment in the TV and media industry.

Mama Youth particularly focuses on young people from under-represented groups and those with limited educational or employment opportunities, including unemployed graduates.

We really love our UK base in South East London, and are constantly looking for ways to engage with the local community.
Recently we became an official sponsor of We Rise - a community business that aims to grow a generation of confident, creative, enterprising young people in Brixton.

Their work includes coaching disadvantaged youngsters to work on real world projects so they develop skills, confidence and connections, and learn how to create value for local businesses and organisations.
