Natalka Znak
Natalka Znak is a multi-award winning TV producer who has created some of TV's biggest hits since the inception of the reality genre.
These include Hell's Kitchen, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, currently in its 14th season in the UK, and international hit format Love Island. She brought the first two formats to the States, producing the first seasons of Hell’s Kitchen for Fox as well as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! for ABC and NBC.
She is the long-running Executive Producer of Master Chef and Master Chef Jr. for Fox and she recently had Fox’s #1 summer show with Ultimate Tag.
ZnakTV's most recent creation is the original format Masquerade Ball in production at Fox along with a number of unannounced series with YouTube.
Under her previous banner Znak&Co, she Executive Produced the physical gameshow Revolution for SKY TV and Fox, I Am a Killer for Netflix which trended as one of the platform’s Top Ten just days after it released. She is also responsible for a number of Game of Thrones-related fan series — Thronecast, Gameshow of Thrones and Thronecast War Room and West:Word The Ultimate Westworld Fan Show for Sky Atlantic, along with the accompanying podcast.
Znak started her career in the UK politics before becoming Controller of Factual Entertainment for ITV Studios in London.
While at ITV, she earned several awards for her work, including two BAFTA’s, Royal Television Society Awards, National Television Awards, and numerous Broadcast Awards.
She went on to become Chief Creative Officer and CEO of Zodiak US, running the company’s LA and New York offices. Znak has worked with all the major networks — ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX, as well as cable networks including History, Lifetime, A&E, OWN, TLC, and Spike producing shows including Hardcore Pawn, the critically acclaimed, Killer Karaoke, and the award-winning Wife Swap and Secret Millionaire.
She is praised for her bold and innovative approach to global formats and program making.
